Has anyone been to the wall here? I'm told it's pretty basic and designed more for the pepsi-max SUV 'extreme sport' womble than anything else.

In reply to Rid Skwerr: I have been into the building to pick something up and had a look at the wall which is in the main lobby. It has auto belay seat belt things and it appeared to be swarming with 12 year old kids (probably the target market). The actual climbing mileage is not massive and I suspect that prices are on the high side in comparison to "proper" walls. The whole place is likely to be stowed out with screaming weans for the summer so in summary, probably not very appealing for most climbers.

Any time I've been, the actual climbing wall has been empty, although the "skyway" stuff has been hoaching with weans. Wall is pretty high, certainly comparable to Ibrox if not higher, although being perched up on that platform it's hard to tell.

Haven't climbed there so far though, only been in for the snowboarding.
