/ climbing wall in Bradford?
there was also an advert on here for staff in November.
looks relatively small compared to the scale of some new walls, but a bit hard to tell
They should never have closed Dickie Dunn's 😛
I used the crag on Penistone for practice. There is a good selection of artificial routes on there. Also close to Haworth. A wall in Bradford will be far to easy for a man of your capabilities.
As you know Jim- Penis Tone is a great little crag for a summers evening crimpfest (and for dogging) but is rubbish when storm Brendan is blowing hard. So, I found myself making the usual journey down through Cullingworth to Harden then to Bingley. From there along the bottom road through Saltaire, Shipley, Calverley and then 40 mins later arrive at Pudsey. This is when I though its about time we had something closer- that's when I remembered the T&A report.
Thanks all for the update- hopefully this one will last longer than The Barn!
They have a Facebook page and I have sent a message to see if there is any info on when they'll be opening.
No response as yet.
Update - they are hoping to be open in April. Fingers crossed!
