Does anyone in Greater Manchester have a Wide Boyz style training cellar/garage with homemade crack training machine, or know someone who does? Unfortunately there isn't enough interest in crack climbing for the local walls to set crack boulder problems or have a crack training area in their gyms.

Would be happy to pay to use it/help build something from scratch if anyone has the space to build a crack training wooden contraption! I built one with a friend but unfortunately he lives a long way away.

Doesn't the depot have a couple of crack volumes? It certainly used to.

Not at the moment. One of the auto belays used to have a (very stiff) finger crack and and nice for lapping (in gloves/tape, very rough otherwise) hand crack but it’s currently set with a weird stem thing and an easy tufa.

Depends what you want but there is I hate to say Preston Wall. Some very interesting crack stuff. Have a look on google for West View Preston. Good Luck !!!!!!!!
