I noticed this place the other day https://kickair.co.uk , obviously its currently shut, but wondered if anyone has been. It looks like it could be a fun way of doing things that would get me fit and supple for climbing.
Not been there, but have been to similar, loads of fun. Makes me feel old when I go with our kids (8 and 9), an hour session is enough for me. Good workout for core muscles, always end up with sore stomach muscles the next day.
Echoing what was said above, lots of potential for injury if you get too enthusiastic.
