Has anyone used one of these?

Please don't just tell me to go get myself a beastmaker! I'm not after something with tonnes of holds, I want something fairly narrow, with a few holds.
I can't just get a pull up bar as I've got nowhere suitable to put it, it has to be something I can screw on a wall. These things seem good because you can turn them up the other way for different holds and they're cheap.

So, has anyone used one and can give me a bit of a review?

Cheers

In reply to hereanthere:

You're right, you don't really need masses of different holds - Dave MacLeod's got an interesting article on this somewhere on his website. Nevertheless if the Kong board has the same texture as all other resin boards it *will* trash your skin as you train - particularly on 1 and 2 finger hangs. Wood is so much kinder to your skin it's untrue. If you want something cheap, which happens to be unobtrusive and nice to train on, get a couple of campus rungs of different sizes. You can even file them down thinner when you get too strong
