Just out of interest, as all the other numbers are pretty self explanatory, does anyone know how the Aerobic efficiency score is calculated on the Lattice test?

From mine it "looks" like (Max moves / BW % held) / 2

With only the one example to look at though I am only assuming that is the calc, and it is most likely more complex

I can't tell you what it is but I can tell you it's not your formula, as that doesn't meet my figures at all.

I think its a function of the max moves in relation to one of the reps on the decay test but with 2 mins of calculator wankery I can't figure out an easy solution, sorry!
