I am going back to climbing after few years - I think it was 2012 when I had regular training last time. As bit weak person by nature, and sitting in front of (too small) desk whole day, I might need some professional help, which exercises should I do and which I should avoid, how to do them properly + some treatment to little shoulder/elbow/arm pain I already got after few bouldering sessions.
What place (or who) you can recommend in London?
