Only just got into climbing recently and have been using the East London walls, although it's a long way to go for me. A friend just told me that there's a new wall opening in Chatham. So excited!

If those are the plans on that link then it looks like it won't be a real indoor climbing centre and instead just one of those trampolining fun wall things. Just like what they now have in bluewater. 

Here's hoping it's a real wall. 

There's also plans for something similar in Folkestone, a climbing wall/skate park/keep the kids off the street thing.

East Kent really needs a decent dedicated facility (I'm looking at you, Revolution...)
