I've bought a squat cage on the cheap and while it will be used for squats/bench press/etc, I was thinking of getting a 4'x8' ply board which could go on at an angle when the cage isn't being used for it's primary role.

Any other good ideas to get the most out of it?

Clothes drying horse?

Board it up and use it as a Portaloo, or storage shed for other abandoned sports equipment.
