Is anyone making "tiles" for system boards in the UK or Europe? This sort of thing:

I'd be interested in getting some, but don't fancy the cost of transatlantic shipping.

I've not come across any in my  4 year quest for varied symmetrical holds for my home wall. Lots of symmetrics out there though, and most UK wooden hold makers could do you some custom ones I'm sure (Crusher holds, Hardwood Holds, Beastmaker etc).

Let me know if you find any!

Maybe we should compile our perfect specs and see if one of the wooden hold makers would be willing to make some, given enough advance orders ..

Apparently its a sad alien climbing training unit, looks like each of the tiles can be removed and rotated

Not really what I'm looking for -- those are individual holds on a fingerboard set-up, whereas I'm looking for something that can go on a woodie (and also something where you have multiple holds on one tile). Interesting idea, though!

I was after the same thing and have ended up carving, silicone moulding and pouring my own resin ones. I've only made a couple so far and the design needs a tweak or 2  but it is basically a pinch, small crimp, comfy 2 finger pocket, left and right slopey side pull and positive small crimpy undercut.

Works been busy so I've left it for a bit but if I get round to finishing them I could send you one to try and then pour you some for the cost of the resin and postage.

I am not a hold maker though so, disclaimer ..probably be shit etc.

Also just to add they are aimed at my board at like 40+ degrees

That'd be incredibly kind! My woodie is currently still a series of sketches scrawled on bits of paper, so no hurry.

I'm going for 30 or 35 degrees and also I'm weak as shit, so that should work fine. *g*
