Thera-Band Elbow exercises

I've just bought a Thera-band to help my elbow injuries.

Does anyone know any suitable exercises. I suffer from pain on the outside of my elbow.

In reply to Tamati: Its probable that any exercise may aggravate your ailment. I'd be looking to get an appointment with a private Physio (or NHS if you can wait...a long time).
