Too young for fingerboard/pull-up training?

I've just showed the video to my mum and have been told that it's quite common for babies/ toddlers with strong arms to do this.

Apparently I was good at it frequently scaling tables etc and once had to be rescued from the top of a metal fireguard that I scaled while the fire was on!
