Looking for two pairs of Sheffield based climbing partners who would like to volunteer in a workshop that uses systems/teams coaching.
I am qualified in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). I’m interested in exploring if systems coaching can have a positive impact on climbers experience and performance.
Using systems coaching in climbing takes on a different complexity compared to individual coaching plans because the climbing partnership are coached collectively.
I’d like to work with;
1. newly formed pair (climbed together a few weeks but intend to climb at least once a week for the next 3 months minimum)
2. an established pair who climb regularly at least once a week.
Each workshop will only take around 60 - 90mins. I will meet up with each pair separately once a month for 3 months.
It’s completely free, all I ask is for your time & participation.
