The door to the summit shelter is open and it looks like it is full of snow, and a lot of hard work required to clear.

Hi Alec - I was up there with a party on Saturday around 3pm and found it open. We cleared all the snow out, and chipped the ice from around the door, allowing the door to be properly closed. We left it secure.

Bloody annoying that folks cannot take the time/effort to do likewise!

The only pleasing thing was there was very little litter in it, (we carried off what was there).

Hopefully Lochaber MRT can still get to their rescue kit without too much hassle.
