Does any one know if rac corner is in

In reply to nigel06: Drove past this eve and had a quick look.There's definitely ice up it but Torpantau was thin and melting today and I think that's higher. That said temps are supposed to be dropping tonight . . .

In reply to nigel06: RAC itself was not worth touching yesterday. The stream up above was thinner than the last two years but still perfectly climbable. The very top fall however is again worth leaving till the end of the week.

Torpantau is in great nick. The stream is flowing but plenty of ice to go at. However, you won't get near the parking without chains/4x4. We parked at the next junction north of Dolygaer yesterday and walked in, having used snow socks on the car beyond Dolygaer.
