Hi Folks,

So thought of starting a thread were the conditions up in Scotland could be posted. 

If anyone goes up to Scotland, it would be good to give and update on conditions and maybe keep these updates going throughout the winter.  

So to start off, does anyone know what the conditions like now?

I think you could work that out without first hand input!

Plus if you are on facebook, then there are a couple of groups that post about the latest ground/climbing conditions too.

I'm not sure if you were aware of those, but thought they may be worth sharing.

Conditions at the moment are definitely sub-optimal. I've accommodation booked in Fort William first week of December so they definitely won't improve by then

Keep an eye on our Winter conditions page, as suggested.

I'm just in from a run looking across to the south side of Ben Wyvis. Up to Munro level there's no sign of winter there. Webcams suggest similar elsewhere.
