Summit L6 FUTURELIGHT™ Down Belay Parka

From first ascents in Antarctica to high altitude traverses in the Himalaya, the Summit Series™ L6 Down Belay Parka has proved its worth as the ultimate reinforcement layer against extreme cold.

Stuffed with 800-fill ProDown™ – down that retains its loft even when wet – and featuring an offset baffle construction to eliminate cold spots, it's exceptionally warm yet light and compressible. Ripstop nylon ensures durability and provides protection from the sharp and pointy ends of mountaineering gear as well as rock and ice. And the upper part features overlays in our new, ground-breaking FUTURELIGHT™ fabric technology that adds air permeability to a waterproof membrane. The hood is helmet compatible; the pockets are harness compatible and the zips are usable with gloved hands. Combine it with layers 1-5 from our Summit Series™ range for full alpine protection.
