Make sure you're prepared with some shiny new Grivel Air-Tech crampons. These are one of the most versatile crampons around, suitable for winter hill-walking, classic alpine and Scottish winter routes, even technical climbs up to about grade V.
New-Matic bindings combine a Zytel front basket with a rear heel-clip, so they'll fit on pretty much any boot with a rear welt, and we're even throwing in a pair of Flex-Bars (worth £10 rrp) so they'll even fit on boots with a pronounced rocker or flex in the forefoot.
Points are slightly shorter than on Grivel's classic G12, making the Air-Tech a bit more comfortable when walking across rocky mixed terrain.
