Charity trustee positions - ABCTT Jobs

© UKC News

The Association of British Climbing Walls Training Trust (ABCTT) is a small educational charity who deliver progressive incentive schemes that provides a gateway from city centre indoor climbing, into a pathway of life-long participation in climbing and mountaineering.

Since its creation in 2008, our inaugural scheme NICAS (National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme) has introduced over 80,000 young people to climbing. Reacting to recent trends in the growth of bouldering and the increase of urban bouldering centres; our recently launched bouldering scheme, NIBAS, has been a fantastic addition to our offering.

We constantly need to look to the future and adapt, and with climbing on the agenda for inclusion in the 2020 Olympics now is a fantastic time to get involved and we hope you will consider making an application to join us as a trustee. To find out more, please find the application details at: http://www.nicas.co.uk/about.aspx

Applications close on 31st May. Variety of skills needed to help shape the future of our NICAS and NIBAS schemes. Applicants may already be in the climbing industry, but may also work outside of it - the ABCTT seeks people who show empathy with the climbing world and are keen to get hands on and involved.
