Rockcity Pro Wall is now available in three finishes Press Release

With a new fine texture added to the range you can now choose between three different finishes for your climbing wall surface.

Rockcity Pro Wall is a textured resin system for the texturing (or retexturing) of climbing walls. Created out of the needs of one of the UKs founding centres, looking for a solution to successfully refurbish the climbing walls. The results were exceptional and so Rockcity brought the product to market to be shared with other centres.

Rockcity Pro Wall has been available previously in either 'textured' or 'comp finish'. Basically rough or smooth, textured or non textured.

The original finish is a fully textured coating that gives a texture comparable to the type of surface most climbing wall manufacturers provide from new. But with Rockcity Pro Wall you can apply this as a retrospective coating as part of a renovation of your existing climbing walls for professional results.

Then by demand a 'comp finish' was introduced. Basically, the same great hard wearing industrial and marine resins but without any texture.

Now with demand to retexture volumes it was necessary to find a finer texture as the original version is not as fine as the texture that we usually get on our factory produced volumes.

So we welcome Rockcity Pro Wall Fine Texture to the line. This gives a more sandstone finish and less like gritstone. Perfect for retexturing volumes and for climbing walls that require a bit of friction but without that 'Stanage' touch.
