TCA Bristol – Climbing Instructor/Coach Jobs

© The Climbing Academy

CLIMBING INSTRUCTOR/COACH
Part-time | Bristol, England

General Description

At The Climbing Academy, we are always looking for passionate climbing instructors and coaches to join our team and work across both of our busy Bristol based centres - The Mothership and The Church. Watch our latest video – filmed at The Mothership – to get a sense of the centre and our climbers.

Our peak instructed schedules are during weekends and evenings, but we also have a busy schedule of bespoke climbing bookings throughout the week from local schools, youth groups, and charities. There is always good work available for a keen instructor!

Termly work allocations are provided every 3 months. The contract is zero hours so work can be flexible to fit in with even the busiest lifestyles, though a commitment to working some weekends is expected.

This is a great opportunity for both an eager climbing instructor looking to fill their rota with as much instructing as they can, or for a passionate part-time instructor looking for just a few hours a week.

We offer great job progression and pride ourselves in helping employees advance within the climbing industry, supporting through higher-skilled qualifications, and providing a platform to allow for diverse instructor and coaching opportunities.
