Depot Climbing are looking for a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to work alongside and develop its current incredible team! This is an exciting opportunity to work at the epicenter of Depot activity in the place where is all began.

The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves the orchestration of the day to day running of the Centre as well as aiding in the training and development of your team and venue, writing rotas, payroll, recruitment and general H&S. We are looking for someone with previous management experience that is keen to progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management experience and demonstrate both good organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a sound understanding of the industry, Rock Gym Pro and the day to day running of a successful climbing wall.
