Overview

To rent: a well-equipped two-bed studio in our the garden of our house in the delightful traditional village of Pragmateftis which stands around 600 feet above, and overlooking, the sea. We converted the old donkey house in 2019: externally traditional, internally all mod cons. Spectacular views of the Aegean and mountains. It is just four minutes drive downhill to the nearest beach (Sampatiki) and twelve minutes drive into Leonidio so quite handy for a lot of crags.
