This wall is only open to queens students or anyone who wishes to pay the massive yearly membership fee (£210 per year, http://www.qub.ac.uk/pec/Memberships/MembershipForms/Filetoupload,8674,en.pdf)
Its not worth it, the ozone is much better and the routes are constantly changing
