I would really like a copy of the TOPO guide but it has been out of publish for years now. Any chance of re-publishing it? Or has anyone got a copy I could buy? I visit the wall regularly and would like to see the published routes. ps Great bouldering wall, even without the TOPO.

there is now matting...... a nice wall and a grate place to train in the winter
gowdy - 24/Nov/06

At the moment there's no matting. They had to take out the crash mats that were there because too many people were getting injured (apparently...blah They had said the new matted floor would be in by the end-Sep but that's currently re-estimated at end-Oct. The wall itself is a good winter indoor training facility. Only bouldering, no walls. A season ticket is worth it if you're going 2+ times a week.

Very easy to get to (center of town in Eldon Leisure) and reasonably priced. Great for building up stamina but not too much fun for novices. Get a copy of the guide as routes are not marked, but lots of traverses and dyno's, wish i'd found it earlier!
