One Five Nine specialises in providing performance climbing coaching and hosts residential training camps across the UK. Our courses are designed to incorporate the principles of advanced climbing movement and training techniques into your climbing routine to allow you to achieve your climbing goals. We can tailor courses and workshops to all age groups and can provide expert coaching from our in-house team of dedicated and experienced climbing instructors.

one to one coaching (indoors and outdoors)

Weekend residential training camps in the peak district, north wales and the lake district.

1 Week Residential training workshops for teenagers aged 16-19.
