Rockfax Description
The searing thin crack that forms a direct start to the last climb is fiercely technical and has gear which is hard to place. © Rockfax

Couldn't hold the initial sloper in the heat!

I've climbed Brightside before but all the E5 bit was onsight. Sketchy gear until stood up in the pod, then a couple of bomber bits. A poor route really, compared to the quality around here but still worthwhile.

Probably should have tried to onsight this, felt quite steady

TR on-sight, so got on the lead. It is now much easier than 6b due to a block having fallen off the bottom of the route.
