Ian Stirrups 13 Apr Solo O/S Did Jammed Boulder Gully & Notch Arete. On JBC Sue grovelled through the hole/ lot on the right whilst Andy and I did some nice clean climbing on the left. Had done NA by a different start (V Buttress in CC Ogwen guide). Notch arete is really nice.

Chimnastics 14 Oct, 2018 - Y Gully and Notch Arete. Let Rebecca do all the leading to prepare for her MIA assessment. Wet and slippery the whole way. Stayed in the chossy gully and away from the arete at the top. Shame to miss the position on the arete, but good short-roping practice for Rebecca. At the notch, descended the bottom of the north ridge.

climbingrev 5 Sep, 2018 Lead Led Gag and Craig up this. Lovely scramble. The two slabs on this are just great. Both enjoyed - though 1 as a challenge, the other as an adventure!

Astilath 15 Jul, 2018 Solo Ashton version. Took the cannons direct. Swinging under some to change sides. All solid but with one loose car engine sized block rocking on a ledge. Gently used it as a step. Wove down and across to the top of Y gully and descended path over the grassy shoulder.

emlynroberts 11 Jul, 2018 Solo Ashton version, nice scrambling all the way, slight struggle with route discription low down. Climbed the loose blocks direct, not that bad!

George_Surf 17 May, 2018 Lead Guiding 2 hillwalkers. Fairly loose initially, missed the upper arĂȘte leading out of the gully and I think we took the buttress right of the correct line? There was a massive obelisk in the middle, but it was a loose line. Descent down west gully, 6hrs

emlynroberts 19 Apr, 2018 Solo Gary Smith guide (2plus). Hole under boulder in gully seems to have gone! had a good look but couldnt find it. Above cracked arete I stayed to far right and climbed a nice chimney, but then had to decend left to get back to start of notched arete. Chimney was soaking so climbed the wall above on the right. Worth the walk!
