The landowner does not permit climbing on this site and all details are recorded to preserve the historical record. This site has been the subject of a major rockfall in the past when the back wall collapsed and whilst the front faces look OK, significant fissures behind them may make them seriously unstable. Following this large rockfall, a fence has been erected below the cliff to prevent public access.

βeta: Tricky number this. Lower down strangely off balance with the exact line less than obvious. That inexactness gives some engagingly choices about which holds to pull on, and their quality. The crux bulge at the top is gooey without adding a thread - the in situ one is rotten. One asks why they didn't they add another bolt here, a common refrain given the presence of a screwgate krab on the lower bolt. Tough for 6b. | ||
