Not to be confused with with Oak Tree Zig Zag! This route was left out of the CC 2017 Dartmoor guide (perhaps even they got confused).
Start at the foot of the undercut groove below an obvious oak tree (just left of Oak Tree Zig Zag) . Climb the groove to the tree and then make a tricky move left to the foot of another, dirtier groove. Move left again to jugs on the right arete of Senior's Wall and ascend this to belay as for Senior's Wall. See photo topo in the photos section.
