570m. If starting from the Moiry Hut, take care to go round the back of the hut and follow the high path (cairns). Some snow patches, usually with a well worn path across.
On arrival at the col/saddle, the ridge stretches up to the right. While mostly easier scrambling, there are a few slabs and some consequential drops in places.
The normal descent is to continue over the summit and follow the snow slope and glacier round and back to the hut, picking up the approach path.

Extra points for removing some of the rubbish from the summit!
