23m. On a recent repeat the first ascentionist concedes it is probably an E1 at least. The peg can be backed up but the gear at the end of the traverse is very poor and a 5m run out awaits. Belay on peg and assortment of small/micro wires. Continue up Gugu Wack to the top or traverse off rightwards and downclimb. Serious.

had a bit of a drama on this earlier today. The SW climbs vol 2 select guide should mention that the peg is atleast present even if it is not meant to be clipped. Didn't have confidence in the route finding and no idea where the 'comfy ledge' was. Shite gear as well made me decide to back off which could of been nasty, took a lot of care! HVS my arse
