Rockfax Description
Really good climbing in an exposed position. Quite well protected but very pumpy with a strenuous finish. Watch out for rope drag. Climb a rib, then head diagonally leftwards to the arete. Follow a flake-crack just right of the arete to a thread and peg on Procrastinating Giant. Finish as for that route. There is a bolted direct start and finish to this line at around 7b. © Rockfax

Sweet. Crux sorted at last. And climbed on second after Pymn’s impressive lead. 5 Oct 2017: three nil. 24 Aug 2017: two nil to Giantslayer. The crux is hard! I don't recommend following the 'long reach to a pocket' beta in the CC guide. 12 Aug 2017 with Sophie: Last route of the day and too much. A crumbling hand hold saw me off first time, and after that it was a battle to the top. Utterly spent. So so good. Incredible position and rock. I'll be back. PS: the bolts are chopped, and good job. Rockfax topo line is wrong for the start.

Didn't clip the bolts, they need removing.

On alex's gear. Brilliant climbing all the way up (the bolts in the easy middle section on the arete detract from the feel of the route, and should probably be chopped). Upper crux is fantastic, several steep and sustained 6a moves back to back.

Bloody awesome route. An impressive line. Start has suspect rock and fiddly moves, the crack on the arete is brilliant but some cock jockey has bolted it. Then from the PG belay the climbing kicks in with some superb steep moves. (it would be worth taking a knife and tat to re-equip the thread just before L/O)
