100m. There are two stream lines marked on the 1:25000 OS map flowing down Craig Carriag Gleisiad. Head for the Westerly most. At about 530m altitude (around SN 963 217) the stream kinks to the right (looking up) and two gully appear on the left. The left-most one has a tight entrance between imposing walls; the right-most has a prominent ice-fall when it's in condition. The route starts up the prominent ice-fall. The gully above is much easier, and finishes up vertical heather to the summit plateau.
