Rockfax Description
The steep crack splitting the face has an awkward start and hard finger-jamming moves around the overhang. It may well have in-situ jackdaws early in the year. © Rockfax

Dave Musgrove Jnr 20 Apr 2nd Great climb. Dirty as hell but very classic. Long trousers and sleeves advisable.

Dave Musgrove 20 Apr Lead O/S A good warm-up route which was a bit dirty but good varied moves and excellent protection made it worthy 2 star pitch.

mrphilipoldham 2 Jul, 2018 Lead O/S I wish my girlfriend was this dirty! Climbing surprisingly good despite appearances. Top moves over the bulge felt goey at 4c but it is all there. No need for finger jams as per the description. Found a birds nest just below the bulge, nowt in it except a hare leg bone, bizarrely.

Droyd 25 Jul, 2017 Lead O/S Absolutely filthy, to the point that it's probably worth HVS in its current state, but bizarrely still somewhat enjoyable. Would be very worthwhile if de-vegetated, but this seems unlikely.

Graeme Hammond 4 Jun, 2011 Lead O/S A bit green, would be a great route with a bit more traffic, no sign of any recent bird actively or old nests. No need to do any hard fingery moves if you undercut and bridge at the crux!
