mattdennies 17 Mar, 2018 Solo O/S Bottom half was bare or thin snow, but then turned into deeper snow where it steepened, useful neve could be found if you looked for it. What I think was the crux chimney was full of neve which made for a fun few moves. A chilled and interesting way to access SCNL if you don't fancy the slog up the path.

Robin Woodward ?Jan, 2015 AltLd Chimney pitch was a long time coming, but a lovely little section. Otherwise just wading up snow between trees. Spent too long lunching on top and had a slightly epic decent down the gully and then back onto the route again. Definitely should have just reversed the route!

thebat 23 Mar, 2006 AltLd O/S After doing this nice easy route I fell on my arse on the descent and went into a supersonic bumslide! A crampon point then dug into the snow causing me to spin and tumble. This resulted in a fractured nose when the hammer of the axe I was carrying hit my right between the eyes! What a nob. The picture taken seconds after is my user profile pic. I could have lied and said that pic was after falling off a new Grade IX solo.
