From the main cowrake crag follow the path until you come across an obvious small cavey/hole on the left handside. From the outset it looks dingy and wet, but the majority of holds are good quality (for sandstone).
Start underneath the main overhang aiming to get over the main overhang and reach the 2nd ledge. This is done by traversing to a high hold on the left, then heel hooking back across right to another hold - Long Stretch (5b). From here progress up to the top ledge (5b) - an incredibly long reach, or use the very dirty small crack.
A long reach WILL benefit.
