150m, 5 pitches. The groove just left of Central Grooves leads to a traverse line to a bottomless chimney, leading directly up to the finish of East Face Route.

Glad to have Andy doing the business on the crux, thin edge hooking and less than ideal protection. Precarious!

Good route. Thought provoking climbing up the crux groove above the spike. Didn’t have description so finished up P3 and P4 of Central Grooves, the obvious line, rather than the left traverse etc

Iain lead the main first pitch which was really thin. I lead p2

Not my finest hour! Iain and Tim did all the heavy lifting, I was just leeching along like a bloody tory. Pitch 1 looked serious and was really thin, I thought tech 8 but VIII 7 probably describes that pitch better. A step above my pay grade just now.

Second ascent we think. Led crux pitch 1. very bold.
