Wrinkled slabs, Castle chimney, notch arete link up. Very enjoyable, worth more than one star. The move to the spike at the end of the ledge felt exciting in trainers!

Moving together in boots. Awkward move off the top of the tower (for the shortish) with some exciting exposure

wasn't expecting this.. thought we were on a grade 3 'wrinkled tower' quite hard on wet rock and in big boots. traverse is short but was balancy.. reaching for the spike hold..

Great value in the cold and big boots n bags. Better alternative to top pitch is to step across the void then lay-back into bridge up the top section of the chimney.. Diff climbers should have fun on the exposed traverse..!

1st pitch Rob (wide crack/gully), 2nd pitch me (easy if you go around from the left, then 10m of walking over stones and Heather), 3rd pitch Heather (fun but extremely easy slab, bit disappointing)
