Rockfax Description
The first pitch is a good E5 6a in it's own right. 1) 6a, 18m. Climb the steep bulges and slanting groove to gain an easier groove above. Once the pitch is completed move along the ledge and re-belay at a double bolt belay on The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. 2) 6c, 18m. Powerful moves lead across the roof, then tackle a wide crack and another bulge to reach a ledge. (It is perhaps better to lower off from the belay at the top of Hungerford Massacre which is on the right. Alternatively...). 3) 4c, 20m. Gain a groove up and left and climb steeply to reach easier ground. Grassy ledges lead past a tree to the top. © Rockfax
