A route of questionable quality. The first 'anchor' (1 bolt backed up with a couple of old threads + 1 plain alu crab) is, I think, below 28m, but continuing the spaced boltline, with exposed positions and a potential for rope drag, to the top anchor (only marginally better) will require a 70m rope.
