Rockfax Description
A route with a reputation for taking egos - rarely on-sighted due to technical and powerful rock climbing that saps the energy of would-be leaders. Start midway between Quasar and Mural. Climb up the wall to make a slight rising traverse to gain the base of the thin groove coming down from a thin roof. Move left and up the wall to join the Kaisergebirge Wall ramp below a crack left of the Karwendal Wall. Technical and demanding climbing leads up to a ledge where you can move left to the Kaisergebirge Wall belay. Abseil off. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
Start 6 ft left of the large spike of Karwendal and step immediately left to the undercuts and flake, much better than the description in the guidebook, but fiddly with the gear.
