The Willersley area is owned by the Arkwright Society. It is essential that climbers do not block gateways with parked cars and that disturbance is keep to a minimum. Access negotiations have been on-going between the BMC and the Arkwright Society, and climbers continue to access the crag. If you are asked to leave, please remain courteous and report the incident to the BMC.
Rockfax Description
Climb the steep arete and swing right to a steep crack (decent gear at last), and layback strenuously up this to a rest. Step back left and follow a second crack to easier ground. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
A good route up the blunt rib right of Cucumber Groove. Climb directly up the bulging start using a blunt spike which takes a (weighted) sling. Continue up to a very thin crack in a smooth wall. Swing R to another crack - good wires - and climb this strenuously to easier ground at a thin break. (It is possible at this point to sneak off left into finish of Cucumber Variant). Continue up direct to a crack just right - good wire - in a small alcove/roof. A long reach over this gains good holds and easier ground above
