This is an easier, fun alternative [to Proprioceptive Octette], not in existing guide books. Enter the small ground-level cave at back of Admiral’s Progress [left end of Trafalgar Wall], climb the flue inside and finish via Polaris Exit. Reversing is just as easy and equally interesting. No problem in or after heavy rain. Diff. (Description taken from http://www.ukclimbing.com/forums/t.php?t=339226)

Ticklists: All trad climbs at Birchen Edge.
