skinne 23 Jun, 2018 Lead β Another fun sport climb, a good balance of technique, effort and ease saw me up it. Each of us who tried it slipped off the start as its quite bouldery to get to the first bolt, one or two footholds are a little polished, and you're above a narrowing, eroded base path so it's tricky to catch a falling leader when spotting before that first bolt. Also worth noting that the anchors are set back above a ledge, out of sight from below; could really do with being a meter higher so as to stand on the ledge without being above the anchor (you'd have to lie down on the ledge, or sort of hover between moves on the face below to be below the anchor), and it would reduce the rope running over the edge during lowering. If setting a toprope, a 120cm sling clipped to both staples *just* gets a locking biner clear of the ledge. We all enjoyed it thoroughly nonetheless.

Parisa Eslambolchilar 13 May, 2015 AltLd dnf Fell from when clipping to the belay bolt and fractured two bones on top of left foot. Climbing the crag on the left to get to the belay bolt felt ambitious. It may be worth trying that route at the final phase to the right. The rest of the climb was straightforward.
