Rockfax Description
Climb the flat wall left of A Different Kind of Hypertension. A tricky start leads to good holds at mid height from where a perplexing move (think laterally) gains better holds. Finish slightly rightwards at the top. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
Now fully bolted at 7a. Go direct at the third bolt.

Went right at crux to undercuts, still in touching distance of bolts. Good moves but suspect it's meant to go direct, which would be a joke at 7a

Jack J Keogan 23/Oct/17 Lead β

Climbed on the far right. I suspect it's not the 'correct' line, but fun moves

onsight attempt fell on completely nails crux, assuming straight up from the bulge to the sloper is the correct way.

Think this is what we did. Hard to read. Not a good choice for a warmup!

Went direct at the third bolt, great crux move. Nails for 7a!

Repeated again - great crux!

Ally Smith 10/Apr/14 Lead RP

Weird and whacky crux slab rockover - too tough for 7a!

One fall after crux, so close! Next time hopefully

Used a massive undercut right of third bolt (not sure that's in?) Then figured out a sequence to avoid massive span to slopey crimp.

Super techy but just about felt 7a

Went for On-Sight. Did all but crux. Tried redpointing with Mark's nails beta. Not the best of lines really.

Mark Riley 28/Aug/12 Lead RP

Unsure of the exact line of this climb, I went direct above the third bolt but this is surely harder than F7a? Out left may be more reasonable? Some nice moves though, some looseness at the top :o/

Very thin balancy moves through the crux. A good 7a now with bolts.

This is now a sports route at 7a. Dad flashed all but one move (the crux). After top-roping a few times I tried and succeeded to get red-point, although I did use the tree after the crux!
