Access Banned
In June 2022 signage was installed by the landowner indicating that they do not wish crags on the west side of the dale (Griff's, Black & Deckout, etc.) to be climbed on.
Negotiations to secure access have failed to reach a positive outcome. As such climbers should be aware that the owner does not permit access to west/lower Blackwell Dale. Any climber choosing to visit therfore does so against the wishes of the landowner and should politely leave without complaint if asked to do so.
A tight line between Free Range Abattoir and Left of Abattoir on the left. Sit-start with a right heel-toe on the FRA break and use sharp crimps on adjacent problems up to the break.
