Wasn't entirely sure what this was but figured the crack would make it safe. I'd say it warrants a star, even if the interesting bit is v short lived and the upper crack is escape-able.

Fell on first attempt high in crack , did n't move onto arete as read guide description of premonition and thought I was climbing Premonition instead of subhuman because this crack looked easier than the left crack. Pulled ropes and led from ground with gear I already placed on first attempt .Could n't see peg mentioned in guide at bottom maybe under the ivy - 10m of relatively easy unprotected 4b/c climbing to decent friends in break . Good wire protection in crack some are difficult to see when you place them, in the thinner section of crack. Climbed as description in cheddar guide , climbed crack until able to reach good hold on arete and finished up tombstone which is full of mud and plants.

Some good climbing low down but a bit escapable and chossy later on.

About 5 meters of good climbing in its 30m length. Not sure if I went to the arete to soon. All in all a rather unsatisfying route.
