The route starts just to the left of l'explosion des calcaneums and was also put up by JM Cambon. The title refers to the fusing of the bones in his feet after he broke them. The grades are 5c, 6b, 4a followed by a walk to the right to find the next 3 pitches of 4b,6a+ and 6a.
There is lots of good climbing in the 6b and 6a+ pitch. They were very sustained and compared to other multipitch routes in Ailefroide that I have done were hard for the grade.The 6a pitch at the top needed a bit of cleaning.
