UKC

85m, 3 pitches. The obvious chimney on the north face - usually climbed in 3 pitches but can be climbed in 2. Good climbing on generally OK rock. 1. 4c Climb the chimney for about 35m then swing left beneath worrying, jammed blocks to belay on the ledge to the left. 2. 4a Walk left for 10 m to a pair of bolts and climb the wall above, trending right towards a bolted belay in the notch. 3. 4b Step back down and move left to a groove - climb this to the top of the pinnacle - bolt belay just below the top, above the notch. Pitches 2 and 3 can be combined. The abseil from the top is 70m to the base of the pinnacle.
